In a heartfelt conversation with Us Weekly, Casey revealed just how much Jennifer means to his family, especially to his two sons. "Jennifer has been absolutely amazing," the 43-year-old actor shared during an interview on June 13. "She's the perfect aunt—so caring, sensitive, and always remembers birthdays. Ben Affleck: The Uncle Every Kid Deserves
Casey Affleck, known for his role in Manchester by the Sea, is the proud father of two boys, Indiana Affleck, 15, and Atticus Affleck, 11, with his ex, Summer Phoenix. When asked about his brother Ben's role as an uncle, Casey couldn't contain his admiration. "Ben is an incredible role model for them," he said. "He knows exactly how to be the perfect uncle—popping in and out, taking them to games, or just hanging out. He’s got it down to a science," Casey added with a smile. It's clear that Ben has mastered the art of being a beloved uncle.
Building Strong Family Bonds
Casey also opened up about the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with his older brother Ben. He believes that their bond serves as a powerful example for his sons. "You can tell kids what to do all day, but they don’t really listen," Casey explained. "They’re more likely to mimic what they see. If I tell them not to fight but then I fight with Ben, that sends the wrong message. Instead, I try to let them see how Ben and I resolve conflicts. It’s about showing, not just telling," he emphasized. Casey is committed to teaching his boys the value of genuine friendship and family harmony.
