Carrie, now 39, opened up to Entertainment Tonight about her son's natural charm. “I’ve got a 4-year-old who’s, like, a little schmoozer,” she joked, her pride evident. “He knows exactly what to say, and he’s so dang cute while doing it. He’s got this knack for getting his way—not entirely, but just enough. And let me tell you, he works it, especially with the ladies. He’s got this sweetness that just melts hearts.”

But Isaiah isn’t the only heartthrob in the Underwood household. Carrie also shared that her younger son, Jacob, is already stealing hearts with his irresistible smile. “And then my 4-month-old is just this bundle of squishiness and smiles,” she laughed. “There’s something about those smiley babies that just makes your heart melt.”

Carrie took to Twitter on May 9, 2023, to share a sweet story about her son’s crush. “This morning, my 4-year-old, who absolutely hates wearing jeans, asked to wear them so he could ‘look cute for Maddie,’” Carrie joked. “He even asked me to fix his hair and get him some flowers to give her. Don’t you break his heart, @MaddieMarlow!”

When Maddie Marlow saw Carrie’s tweet, she couldn’t help but respond. “I seriously could’ve cried. My heart just about exploded,” Maddie commented, clearly touched by Isaiah’s sweet gesture. “Y’all raised the sweetest boy! It goes to show what a great example you and your hubby set for your boys. #newtourboyfriend.”
