In a heartfelt post, the radiant 41-year-old mom shared the details about her little miracle. “WE DID IT @maxshifrin!! Our beautiful baby boy, Caleb Joseph, has arrived,” she gushed. Caleb Joseph, who weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs., 15 oz., is named after both Sara’s grandfather and her brother. “We couldn’t be more IN LOVE with our little guy and can’t wait for him to meet Alec and Sandra,” she added.
