The Journey to Marriage
Ashton and Mila tied the knot back in 2015, and while they’ve built an incredibly strong relationship, they’re not without their little quirks. During an appearance on Live With Kelly and Ryan, Mila joked about how her husband sometimes gets on her nerves. “Does he get on my nerves? Every day!” she laughed. “One hundred percent of the time there’s a version where I’m like, ‘What the? What are you doing?’” But she quickly added, “But I like him, so… talk to me in 10 years.”
Despite their differences, the couple has found a way to make it work. Mila explained during the same interview, “He’s much more logical than I am. He’s also very optimistic, and I’m very pessimistic. We’re complete opposites in that way. Like, he sees all the good in the world and all the good in people, and I’m like Debbie Downer, saying, ‘That’s not true.’”
