Mom of two, Helen Hunt, is all about raising her kids the right way. With a son, Emmett, now around 21, and a daughter, Makena, who's 15, she has a pretty clear philosophy on parenting. In the interview, Helen, now 56, opened up about reuniting with her long-time costar, Paul Reiser, for the reboot. It was as if no time had passed at all, she shared enthusiastically. "Paul and I are so committed to creating a space where we can express our thoughts openly, really listen to each other, and try out new ideas," Helen gushed. She added, "You know, you’ve got to make a room that’s safe enough for people to throw out both good ideas and bad ones. I truly believe we’ve created that kind of environment." This level of trust and collaboration is what makes their work together so magical.

When it came to reviving Mad About You, Helen admitted that both she and Paul were hesitant at first. They weren't sure if they wanted to commit to such a big project. "We had a lot of lunches together, and both of us were 100 percent sure we would never do it," Helen recalled. "Then, one day after lunch, we both emailed each other at the same time, saying, 'Are we crazy? Maybe this is an interesting idea.'"

After much thought and consideration, Helen and Paul realized they couldn't pass up this incredible opportunity. They came up with a storyline that's going to be both unique and exciting for fans. The reboot is set to premiere this fall, and Helen promises it's going to be a show worth watching.
