Mario recently opened up to Closer Weekly about his adorable new addition, saying, “The new baby’s great, fantastic.” But here’s the kicker—Santino is already tipping the scales at a whopping 18 pounds! “He’s like a little dumpling,” Mario joked. “Super chubby, real cute. The only downside? He doesn’t sleep much. But hey, that’s what coffee’s for, right?”

This isn’t the first time Mario has shared his thoughts on fatherhood. In fact, he’s been pretty vocal about the chaos—and the beauty—of raising three kids. “I feel good, you know. Mario may be a busy guy, but he’s all about balancing his time between his career and his family. “The other kids are obsessed with him, and I make sure I do stuff with them as well,” he revealed. “I took my son to see the [Los Angeles Football Club] soccer game this weekend. And guess what? I took my daughter to the ‘Dora [and the Lost City of Gold]’ premiere yesterday. It’s important to keep everyone involved.”
Mario went on to say, “I can’t wait to continue to do stuff with all of them, with the little guy. We feel very blessed, and he’s healthy and a beautiful little boy, Santino.”
Finding Balance: Work and Family
Mario is no stranger to juggling a demanding career with family life. “I’m pretty lucky to have breakfast with them every morning, and then I’m home in time for dinner and most of the time, I’m in time for practices,” he said. “It’s just crazy with work. But they have an understanding of why … and my kids know about my job too and they’re very understanding.”
