Angelina Jolie Isn’t Letting Divorce Slow Down Her Dating Life
Let's talk about Angelina Jolie, the star of Maleficent. Since parting ways with Brad Pitt in 2016, she's been keeping her dating life low-key, but that doesn't mean it's nonexistent. According to sources close to Angie, she's been out on a few dates here and there. Nothing serious has come out of these encounters, but hey, you never know where a little spark might lead, right? “She’s not shutting the door on meeting someone new,” a source told Us Weekly. “But right now, her focus is on her kids and wrapping up her messy divorce.”

The Divorce Journey
When Angie, now 44, decided to file for divorce from Brad Pitt, who’s 55, she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason. This was no small decision for the couple, especially since they had to figure out how to co-parent their six children: Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Vivienne and Knox, both 11. Splitting custody and maintaining a stable environment for their kids was a top priority. Thankfully, by last spring, they reached an agreement on the custody battle, which was a huge relief for both parties.
Future Plans for Angelina and Her Kids
Now that the custody battle is behind her, Angie has her sights set on the future. She recently shared with Harper’s BAZAAR that she dreams of living abroad once all her children are 18. “Right now, I’m basing my location on where their father chooses to live,” she explained. But as soon as her kids are adults, she’s ready to pack up and head overseas. Living abroad is something Angie has always wanted for herself and her family. She believes it’s essential for her kids to grow up experiencing the world firsthand, not just reading about it.

“My favorite place is somewhere I’ve never been,” Angie said. “I love the idea of jumping into the unknown. It’s exciting to be out of your comfort zone. I want my children to live in the world, not just learn about it. They’ll have friends all over the globe, and next year, we’re breaking ground on a home in Africa.”
